Tuesday, May 30, 2006 - 11:00 PM Wahaha! I been slacking the whole of today! I was supposed to study bio for today but only managed to touch on the kidney chapter. Then I went to play pangya again. I wasn't supposed to do that, but I was just too tempted. So tomorrow onwards, I will not be staying home to study! Today went to meet minz and bl to watch Da Vinci Code. Actually I wasn't very sure of the plot cos i haven read the book yet. I know it was on christianity but I had no idea what's the big deal about it and why some people detest the story. Anyway after the movie, I was deeply motivated to read the book. I think the plot was interesting though it might not be true. It was quite smart of Dan Brown to think of those code deciphering thingy in the movie. It was pretty cool and interesting. Anyway I thought that Silas was such a poor thing, having being betrayed and used. But minz and bl thought that the character should have red eyes instead. I guess I just have to get the book as soon as possible so that i can have a better view of the story. After the movie, we went walking around then finally went to suki for dinner. Im still very full and most prob will get indigestion from the food. Next time we shouldn't be so greedy and should just order the smallest popcorn combo. Just got the Aviva schedule. It don't really make sense. Im supposed to work for three days and in the end its only 2 days. But at least it will be at the indoor stadium, where we will get to watch all the matches for free! :D Im feeling so guilty for studying so little today! - 8:14 AM oh my god! It's last day of may. which means i got less than a month to that scary block test 2! I got no time! SAVE ME. I was just thinking about this month's schedule and i realised that i don't have much time. I wasted one day yesterday, going out today, there's an interview on thurs and going sch on fri! NO TIME! what i hate is that my nose is so runny that i feel like a tap. This that the common flu? I was supposed to go school today but got ms soh's consent. She is such a nice and understanding teacher ( or should i say a friend), unlike someone! I can't believe that mr yeo actually went to read wen min's blog. The rest of the class's blogs had links on wen min's page. that means the rest's blogs are also read by him. Ohmygod! Lucky my page is not linked! Imagine all the bad stuff i wrote is read by him! GROSS! Anyway i must make full use of this time now! i shall start studying bio! Or else will dui bu qi Ms Soh! Saturday, May 27, 2006 - 10:55 AM first day of hols!! oh my god! which means i have only one month left to the irritating BT2! :( haven been updating since tues. but lots of interesting stuff had been happening past few days!okay let's start on thurs! Thurs I had my bio spa in the morning and the question came out exactly as what we had expected! So its kind of good news to me.. I managed to finish writing all the crap in 1 hrs time but my handwriting is outrageous! kind believe that was what i wrote. Anyway, some of us gotta stay back to attend the aviva open briefing which was held in the Singapore badminton hall. SO , we stayed back in school, while trying to help out in Cheryl's present. I did so much stuff in that 3 hrs. walk to and fro to the mama shop to buy a total of 10 packets of mami. helped the injuried yue bing on the way. The problem is that i dun even noe him and yet got to pass him those plasters. He must be wondering who me and manda were. And finally, got myself so wet that now im having a flu! Then we ( angie, joyce, shuwei, manda, me and sheena) took bus 13 to the badminton hall. Surprise surprise, the bus dun even stop near the place. We had to get down the bus at some wulu stop just beside GEYLANG!I guess all of us din realise that until we decided to walk there instead. I knew the way there, but wasn't very sure. So we tried walking through geylang and guess what???!! we walk past the red-light district, where thare are qctually women waiting outside those doors. We were actually planning to eat dinner after the briefing but after walking past the place, i guess evryone just wanna to get home quickly. haha!! such an interesting day! anyway the rest had such a fun time boasting about their encounter at Geylang during PE the next day! haha! FRI After sch, we went out to celebrate cheryl, jo and joyce's bdae. we went to Breek's in town and in a huge group. 13 ppl, almost everyone present except for stupid manda, who had to go for her LTC. good luck to her and furby! anyway we had such a nice time eating lunch there. the pastas are wonderful and the service was great too. I love my baked pasta. I guess the food we ate were too heaty! im having a sore throat plus blocked ears! Looking forward to another outing! i guess the mars bars must be the thing causing my sore throat to burn! argh! can't tok much! Tuesday, May 23, 2006 - 8:20 PM MOS BURGER!!!! just had dinner with yw at mos burger. yw: im not slacking! just here to check the aviva thingy while waiting for the heater to warm up! :D.. *excuses!* haha.. there's a bio test on kidney and bio spa skill A on thurs, so haiz.. no good night sleep tonight! hope tml will be a better day! But i just can't stop myself from reading other people's blog! argh! anyway i was reading someone's blog when i saw something interesting. that person actually called u-noe-who a "fat-(something.. cant remember), bitch, 350" Its the first time i hear or saw someone describing her like that! Hm!! Interesting! Anyway, i was reading some of the blogs of our school, and i just can't singing: Oh when the saints, oh when the saints, oh when the saints go marching in. oh lord i wan to be in that number, oh when the saints go matching in! SA! opps! sorry! i shouldn't be here! back to print my stuff! - 4:10 PM oh my god! I am so hungry! I can't believe that my tagboard just disappeared again. Had spent like half an hour trying to apply for a new one and to set it up in this stupid page. Haiz. I know i shouldn't be doing all this. Please forgive me but I really dun feel like studying. I was typing out my schedule for the BT2 last night and i realised that i really got lots of stuffs to study. I really dun think i can finish all that in a month's time. Okay, so far for that! SA vs RJ rugby match! I went! Yeah! i guess i can't stop singing "saints go marching in" for the next few days. It been stuck in my head for 2 days. yah!! SA won! 15-10! yeah! The whole entire match was so exciting. I was so emotional that i cried! The whole entire match, we were so worried that SA will lose but thanks to khairul, we fought back and *ta-ta*, the score was 10-10. The whole thing happened so quickly in the last 10 minutes that i wasn't really sure what was happening, but anyway, we WON!! I luv SA! haha! Anyway, we were so high after the match that we keep cheering in ven's car! Its so fun! oh yah! wanna thank ven for sending me home! However, went for the soccer match the next day. But SA lost to VJ.. nvm, at least rugby we WON. oh yah, i was really piss with the RJ rugger no.9!! he is so damn rough!!! if i noe him, i might punch him! Sunday, May 14, 2006 - 10:17 AM I realised that there are lots of holidays around this year. Just 2 more weeks and it will be June hols. Yesterday was ny cousin's bdae so i had to go town to buy him a present. I realised that shopping alone is very boring and tiring. Found lots of pants which I liked, but the price are way too high from what i can provide. It's a long time since i went far east, since i always go heeren. Can't believe that i lost my way in it. I can't find that way out to the adjoining bridge. Finally after wandering for about 3 hours, I got home. went my grandma house for the mother's day celebration. As usual, lots of nice goody food and of course all the chit chat. Then had to rush on to my cousin's chalet. His chalet is quite boring although they brought a vcd player. I heard that they had watched I Not Stupid 2 for 10 times. okay, at least it was my first time watching. I quite enjoyed the movie because it actually showed what some people are thinking now. I think maybe jack neo is the only guy that daring. The whole thing ended at 12+, then i had to send 2 grps of ppl home before i got home. Had been slacking for 2 days, so today had to mug again! :P Wednesday, May 10, 2006 - 8:35 PM As usual, went school today. Although I slept at 10pm last night, I was still pretty lethargic. Guess it was from those stupid mosquitos that had stung me last night. Anyway nothing much happen in school, except that I had biology test and a reading quiz. We all had agreed that reading quiz is pretty useless and that it only waste our time. I was supposed to have GP remedial but it was cancelled because some people apparently ponned it. Hiaz! Which means there will be 2 lessons next week. Today there's a lot of crucial matches for SA. Like netball, hockey, and RUGBY semi-finals. Ha! So after the last lesson, me and wen min took a cab down to police academy to watch the rugby finals, which is SA against AC. The match was really exciting and high. SA was leading from the beginning but all of us were still worried as SA never or seldom? win AC. However, WE WON. And i overheard Mr Chai saying that this is the 1st time in 17 years that we get into the Finals. And we will be fighting against RJ. Woohoo. Glad that I went for the match and actually witness our own team winning. After the match of SA-AC, me and wen min stayed on to watch the match between RJ and NY. i guess that the NY people had totally given up since they don't even bother to run after the RJ peeps. The game only lasted for 45 minutes. and the score? 81- nil . Realised that the RJ ppl had unique cheers, which were very different to others. That's gd! At least they won't clash with other people's cheers. Looking forward to the rugby finals! Go SA! Saturday, May 06, 2006 - 2:22 PM Yesterday was a very exciting day. There's the parent-meet-teacher thing, Chem SPA skill A exam and of course the band concert. I actually dread yesterday cos of the PMT thing. I thought i was the only repeat student that had to meet the HOD again. The Chem Spa was pretty okay, though i forgotten about some of the reagents and conditions of some organic compounds. Surprisingly, i finished the paper in less than 1 hr. Its quite an achievement for me, given that i usually write so slowly. Then after waiting for a super long time, after me and angeline tried to waste some time walking in tao payoh while buying the flowers for wen min and surong, its finally meet the parent time. We were suppose to meet Mrs tay, the Maths HOD, who once taught me for 1 term. My time slot was suppose to be at 6pm but Xu Kun's parents took quite a long time chatting with Mrs Tay thus the whole thing drag till 6.30pm. I thought that Mrs Tay was quite friendly and reasonable during the entire thing, and she can actually remember me, though she only taught me for a term. She is such a nice lady. So the reason for my failure is because i used the wrong method to study again. Haha. Thus from now on, im going to use a different method to improve my subjects. My next target for Block Test 2 is B C C.. After the parent- teacher meet, i was just in time to attend the band concert. This year's theme is Ascendo. Not very sure what it meant but the theme is a plane going around the world. Their MCs actually wore the SIA stewardess and steward uniform. The overall performance is well done. It met my expectation, especially with the small skit and stuff. Surong is so cute, acting the people of Lilliput. So Cute. she looks cute wearing the jumper. I like the second song which is the animation medley. After the performance, we took pictures with wen min and surong, and went home. After the long day of event, i was so super tired. and i only woke up at 10 this morning.. Haha.. today is the election day!! EXCITING! Thursday, May 04, 2006 - 8:35 PM 2 more days to general election! dunno why i sound so excited.. i guess its because my clique has been discussing alot bout singapore politics during breaks. Besides we are in potong pasir, thus its quite normal to see us being so enthu bout the election. its quite interesting to see the posters all around and of course the lorries which go round and round the estate.. tml will the parent-meet-teacher day! because i have dun badly for bt1, I have to meet the HOD lah.. actually im quite worried bout the meet cos im not sure wat mrs tay will comment.. haiz.. just my luck! never mind i will do much better for BT2.. anyway tml i oso got chem spa skill A test. I just wondered how can anyone finish writing all the crap in 1 hr time. I definitely can't do that.. So tonite i have to memorise all the facts as well as to practise on my speed of writing. hopefully i can finish my paper successfully.. Up, up, and away! |
