MERRY CHRISTMAS ( REMEMBER THERE ARE 12 DAYS FOR CHRISTMAS) AND 3 MORE DAYS TO NEW YEAR! Okay. Today I am gonna to talk about my job. I always wanted a temporary full time job because it obviously pays more than a part time, and that there will be benefits and stuff like that. I was pretty looking forward to working as full time sales promoter in the causeway pt banch. But unfortunately, my mum say that they no longer require one. Hence I am only stuck with the part time option. Since my bro said that royal sporting pays more and need full timers badly, I went for their interview this morning. Of course, the pay is slightly more. However, I really enjoy the company of my fellow colleagues at RISIS. They are really nice to me and the job is not that demanding either. I know many will choose the job which is paying more, since we are the one working hard for the money. But I still think that money isn't really that important. Okay just think that Im crazy and impractical k. SO in the end I think I will just stick back to my old job. though I will be floating bet Suntec and Centrept, I think it will be fun. And that I dun have to worry about getting to know a new environment and new people. Haiz. Hopefully everything goes well. :) Sunday, December 24, 2006 - 12:18 AM I officially got a job again. Haha. Im working at Risis as a sales promoter. Hopefully this will be temporary till july next year. I must work harder so that when I walk past Marina Square to my bus stop, I will not just window-shop. The clothes look so delicious. YUMMY. but too bad, no money. CAn someone tell me why is there no Breadtalk or prima-deli or any bread shop at Suntec??? Thursday, December 21, 2006 - 3:17 PM okay i guess i should explain everything in greater details. I just dun feel like talking about anything last night. After crying one whole night with my eyes all puffy and swollen now, i guess im alrite again. YEAH! I can laugh again! Its just a stupid job that wants experienced ppl. Its not like I did something wrong right. HAHA! :( But the thing Im upset about is that they gave a hope that I thought I can continue the job. It seems a bit unreasonable to tell me that im not suitable when I was packing and about to go home. The worst thing still is that my sis and mum came down to pick me up from my work. Its the second time I worked so I guessed that they are pretty anxious too. I just cried when I saw my mum. Im not a crybaby but I just can't help it. hiaz. I was wondering to myself why just dun I go to my dad's company to work. but the thought of working in your own company seems wierd and chicken. Hiaz. now have to find another job now. I was really glad and happy when I get that job but now. I should just blame myself for being too naive towards some stuff. Serve me right. - 11:07 AM i LOST MY FIRST JOB ON THE FIRST DAY! ;( Thursday, December 14, 2006 - 11:20 PM Went shopping at Espirit on Tues. I know some people thinks that I only own Espirit's apparel. But that's not true. I happen to have so many Espirit's stuff because my aunt's friend works there and she is entitled to 50% off for all the stuff. Hence my family LURVES to shop there. HAHA. Anyway, this time round I only bought a pair of pants because I dun have one which is non- jeans and non-pants. All my pants happen to be 3/4. That day totally sucks. Me and sis arrived at mandarin at 6 and could only leave at 9+ because the bloody queue was so super long. Had to wait more than 30min to pay for our stuff. But I feel sorry for the staff the most. Which means they have to work OT. Im going shopping with my sis again tml to buy the christmas present for sat's party. Hopefully I can find a pair of cheap adn comfortable pair of pumps. And find something for my dad and mum as well. P.s Yesterday I went gym and I can't believe that I ran 5km in less than 50min. HAHA! I LURVE RUNNING! :) Tuesday, December 12, 2006 - 3:35 PM I FOUND A JOB AT LAST! CONGRATULATIONS TO ME! I can't believe that just a few hours ago, I was just complaining to yuwen that I still can't find a job. Just recalled that yesterday I was tricked to go to Recruitexpress to fill in the form, and I thought that I had found a job at Ngee Ann City. I was so excited and was worrying what to wear, when all along it was just a fill-in-the form thingy. But NVM, I found a job. Actually I wasn't sure why Im I desperate for a job. I guess because I needed money to shop. Its quite terrible when you got to borrow money from ur sis all the time. And Christmas is coming, not to mention that I dun have the money to buy the christmas present for my dad and my mum. HAHA. IM SO HAPPY. ppl in maple can just ks me. i dun care. Im in a good mood now! MUAH HAHA! I will be working as a salesperson in one of the shops in Bugis. Good news is that my bro is working in Addidas there and bad news is that he might have to go to work and come home with me. MUAH HAHA. The pay is not that good though. But I won't ask for much. CYA my new job on the 20th DEC. I luv my job. Friday, December 08, 2006 - 9:55 PM Went Bugis today with my sis and mum. Had late lunch at V8 cafe. Thanks to joyce for introducing that wonderful cafe. Its cheap and nice. Glad that my mum loves her grilled salmon. But today's lagsana seems overcooked. Its hard and the portion pretty small. Went to shop for Christmas present for my parents but still din manage to buy them. Anyone know where to buy nice dri-fit Ts which have a zip down in the middle? Pls tell me if you know any shops that sell them. In the end bought christmas cards. Haha. So watch out for your christmas cards! Thursday, December 07, 2006 - 1:08 PM Great! Im having PMS yesterday. So pardon me for not updating bout prom!
Were ready by round 5 plus I guess. And waited for Jannah and gang to arrive, before me, Gary and manda took a cab down to Mandarin. Everyone dressed really gorgeously, especially ven ( at least I think so. She's the few that dressed retro-ly). Anyway I luv the programme that they had put up. Never quite ate the dinner though. Maybe 2 mouthful of rice, 1 piece of fish and the soup that's all. and its 65 bucks. I just throw it down the drain. But anyway had a nice time taking pics and stuff. Im really upset that I din put my ticket into the lucky draw box. 1st prize was an ipod. Just too bad for me. Ven was one of the Prom queen nominees. HaHa. Actually the whole class voted for her. there's a post prom party at attica, but din go. Instead, me, joyce, mel, manda and gary went to watch midnight open season. I din really enjoy the movie though, since i was half-asleep. we practically walked through orchard like super lots of time from cine to tanglin and once in heels. It was tiring. After the movie, went back to the hotel to bathe and watch soccer, while waiting the rest to be back from clubbing. :) The Pics 
 
        Wednesday, December 06, 2006 - 4:05 PM I GOT TOO MUCH PROSTAGLANDINS IN MY BODY! bLOODY CRAMPS! NOW i CANT EVEN CATCH A NAP! Monday, December 04, 2006 - 1:19 PM OKay, spent my whole sunday trying to find my shawl or coat to match my gown and watching O.C. Great! Actually I wanted to play MapleStory for the whole night, but unfortunately, my brother's friends came and took all the comuters away. Luckily for O.C, or else i will just rot somewhere I guess. I really had no idea why my bro's friends like to come to my house so much. Not only do they do that, they also stay overnight. As a result, I can't use the computer. They should just pity me for just eneding my As, and hence can only waste my time on the internet. If they take away all the computers, what else can I do? Now I can't even start up our family PC and can only use my bro's notebook. Hiaz! Anway tml is the prom. I am seriously quite nervous about it. I am having second thoughts about it. * like I can just back out. Im glad that I din spent too much money on this single event. Hopefully everything goes well tomorrow. Its only a night right! Saturday, December 02, 2006 - 11:04 AM No fishing at Batam! :( Friday, December 01, 2006 - 9:20 PM I LURVE DIM SUM! Its simply just so delicious. Yep! So today I went out for dim sum with my aunts and my sis at Hong Xin restaurant, which is situated near Chinatown. We took a forty minutes bus ride down. Haha. Apparently it's one of the last dim sum restaurants in Singapore that has waitresses pushing carts all over the place for you to choose, instead of the usual ordering from the menu. Its just so cool and fun. Everything is just so exciting and action-packed. Okay okay maybe Im just exaggerating a bit too much. But its really the first time Im seeing all these. The dim sum is simply so delicious. Lurve the ambience. HAHA. So i highly recommend this restaurant. But try not to go during the weekend cos you will definitely have to queue for quite a long while outside the restaurant for your seats. After that went to OG. After walking and shopping for consecutive 2 days, I was wondering whether my thunder thighs are slimmer. But apparently not. Haiz. Guess I just should'nt eat so much during examination period and the week after exams. Prom is only few days away and Im still so plump at my abdomen, arms and legs. SIGH!! I think im going fishing at Batam tomorrow. Not very confirm though. Cause my bro's passport has expired and unless we can make it on time to extend his passport, we might not be able to go. 2nd fishing trip to Batam. Hopefully the weather is wonderful and the boat will be better than the one the last time. Congratulations to YW and WW for completing their examinations! :) Up, up, and away! |
