I MADE COOKIES!

Yummy Peanut Butter Cookies. 40 pieces.

Ingredients:
185g magarine ( i used butter instead)
215g peanut butter
165g white sugar
120g brown sugar
1 2/3 egg ( i used 2 small one)
4ml of vanilla essence ( i almost forgot bout it)
260g all purpose flour ( used plain flour)
6g baking soda
3g salt

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 375F ( 190 deg C)
2) Grease 2 cookie sheets
3) In large bowl, cream together margarine, peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar till smooth.
4) Beat in eggs one at a time, stir in vanilla extract.
5) Combine flour, baking soda and salt; stir in peanut butter mixture.
6) Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place them 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
7) Use wet fork dipped in sugar to make crisscross on top
8) Bake for 8-10 min.
9) Allow cookies to cool for 5 min.

Spent 3 hrs making the cookies.
tips: Try to wash up while baking so u wont have to wash until so jialat in the end.

Mum and bro tried.
Tasted not bad, according to them.
Will be bringing some to let Cheryl T. and the rest to try.

Im so dead.
Din really eat much for lunch cos I seriously had no mood after attending the tut.
Went for kine lect presentation next.
Den for kine prac.

Gymmed at CSC.
Had dinner with my family at CSC.
Really all 5 of us.
A long time since we gather together for a proper dinner.
My mum actually heard from the radio about the EAT WITH YOUR FAMILY DAY.
And she organized the dinner, gathering everyone.

Now full and very content.
Shall go study later.

Nothing special on this day.
Went to eat Botak Jones at AMK block 608's coffeeshop with shuhui, nat, huijuan, hiuyan, wenshan, huixin, weekok and weixiang.
Shared the 10 bucks Large set of fish and chip with my PEAR-PEAR shuhui.
We actually walked all the way there from NYP.
Food was great!
Love the fries and coleslaw.
Walked back to sch N rot for another hour before going to KKWCH.
Attended the Singapore Physiotherapist Association's AGM.
The AGM was pretty boring.
Students are not allowed to vote!
Reached home at 9.30pm!

240507 Thursday

Anatomy class really sucks today.
Wore gloves.
Cadaver had a head today.
Tried to flip the new cadaver.
They are really super fragile.
Dr Uma tested every single one of us about anatomy.
It was really horrible.
I can identify the position of the muscles but definitely not the origin, inserttion and the innervation of the muscles.
Im so dead.
The whole thing was so super scary.
She asked: " What are the muscles at the superior arm?"
I know its the triceps brachalis and aconeueus.
But I din know what is the innervation for the triceps.
I think im the "weak" student which she is mentioning.
Im so dead.
Tried to remember 1 muscle today during the 3 hours break.

The pectoralis major.
Origin: -Clavicular head (anterior medial half of the clavicle)
-Sternocostal Head (anterior surface of the sternum, upper 6 costal cartilages and aponeurosis of the external oblique muscle)
Insertion: lateral lip of the intertubercular groove of the humerus
Innervation: lateral and medial pectoral nerve

Yeah! One muscle done.
Still got lots more! :(

After kinesiology at 5, went to orchard to meet mum for Esprit sale.
Bought only 1 shirt which says "we scream for ice-cream!"
Yeah! Its so me.

Went to eat fish head bee hoon at commonwealth and I dun even like fish.
Reached home at 10plus.

And I have a new idol now. CAI YUN! haha. cos he look just so like BAO.

We left about 9pm. Den went to meet the Stadium people for supper at Deon's steamboat shop.
This time round more people went.
And Deon actually treated everyone to the steamboat.
So glad my bro joined me so that we can take a cab home together.
Stadium people will really be missed. HAHA!

Went to Sentosa with the PT people.
This outing is organised by the year 2s and we were invited to join them.
Met at the harbourfront control station with the other PT01 people.
While waiting for the rest to turn up at the monorail station, we ended up playing monkey with beach ball hiuyan brought.
It was very paiseh. Imagine people staring at us.
Anyway we were then split into groups.
my grp name: SIRIUS.
with a senior, me, isabel, rachel and trishia.
We had pretty much fun.

For amazing race, we really went round the whole Sentosa.
