MERRY CHRISTMAS! Its the last week of 2008, the last chirstmas before i leave, its time to reflect and give thanks. I seriously thank my family for being so supportive of my decision, though i really can't promise them that im gonna get a really good future and stuff. my dad - for being supportive financially, my mum - for constantly reminding me about little things, my sis - for listening to my nonsense or not my bro - for supporting me morally. i can't get a better family than this. my friends. ( too many to name) yw, ww, bl: i feel bad for informing you guys that late, but its really hard to bring up the topic cos u guys have been really close and dear to me. i kinda guess that you guys know, but i still could not bring myself to tell u guys. minzz, gi: thanks for giving me tips and help. i still need to count on you guys. s55: joyce, shuwei, eve, cheryl, amanda, surong, mel, sheena, angeline and wenmin. thanks for being around me. i enjoy all the outing and gatherings we had. its usually difficult for such a big clique to survive for long, but we did it. let's continue to do it often. i will miss the outing when im over the other continent. nyp: dudu, kiki, huixin, huijuan, nat, bel, nad, wenshan, suyee, jo, ber, kok, diana, mel, meiping, xueling, fran. thanks guys for inviting me to the christmas party. as i had told many, this is the best class i ever had. though im no longer in pt, continue to keep the spirit up and going. i will be looking forward in consulting you guys in the future. *ps. im having a dull pain over the tibial tuberosity everytime i stand up from a cross-legged position. hehe. thanks alot to my extended family! they had been really nice and kind to me. trying not to question too much about my sudden leave to aust. hehe. amazingly, this christmas i got alot of gifts everywhere. i just wanna thank those that gave me, hope that things will go on well in the following year to come. thanks jean, amanda, wenli, my boss for the gifts, the company lunches and gatherings. had 2 christmas party and 1 more to come. this christmas has been really great so far. and im loving the cool wind blowing into room. another challenge coming for me soon. i will survive, i have to survive. hope all things will go well!!! I LURVE CHRISTMAS! and i have 3 christmas parties waiting for me! Christmas list for this year: 1) mp3. (my ipod got stolen! argh!) 2) mp3 for my clone (cos hers died on her too. ahahha. so much for being clones) 3) secretly hopes that work stops this week. 4) pair of high cut sneakers. 5) a need of urgency. 6) more time to spend with family and friends 7) world peace Merry christmas! Monday, December 08, 2008 - 10:45 PM LIM JIE IS IN NEED OF A PLACE TO STAY IN SYDNEY! Preferably in Kingsford, Keningston, or Randwick area. Walking distance to UNSW, Rental fees about A$160pw or below Does not mind living with other people, as long as they are considerate and nice people. Does not mind sharing room and bathrooms with others. Will definitely share the bills together. All females housemates. Im having this major breakout around my mouth area, and is having this face allergy at the same time! *itchy itchy scratch scratch* After seeing all the photos taken by cheryl T. and surong yesterday, Im definitely sure that its time for me to go for a diet. my face is definitely getting rounder and rounder. not to mention the other parts of the body! :( i will be joining some others in standard chart tmr. yeah. but got to wake up at 6am though. hurray to long weekends! get well soon joyce! Tuesday, December 02, 2008 - 10:29 PM so finally, i took the courage to tell my external family about me going overseas. as expected, they had comments which i had expected. but still, i couldn't bring myself to explain further. i stood there in silence while listening to them. i had no choice but to quit. and all i wanted was just a brand new beginning. i am so much happier now as compared to the past few months. even though work is piling up, i enjoyed it more than when i was in nyp. i do enjoy the course in nyp. i also really wanted to just finish the course and do something else in the future, but i just can't. i afraid of death. i had no choice. All i wanted was to live happier. going overseas to study something which im interested in, something which singapore does not offer. i know i am being unrealistic, but i promise that i will work really hard. i am sorry that i kept this from some people till the last minute cos its really hard for me to come to this decision. im just afraid. i hope u guys understand. as for my relatives, i really dunno what to expect. i guess im just one that thinks highly of one's opinion. :( Monday, December 01, 2008 - 11:17 PM oh yeah. i forgot to add. can anyone pretty pls send me photos. i dun care if it is candid, unglam, pretty, chiobu, yandao picture of you or anything, i definitely need photos to fill up my scrapbook! thanks hor. if u want me to remember ur face, haha, u know what to do! :) - 11:08 PM HAPPY DECEMBER! 24 more days to CHRISTMAS! Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer had a very shiny nose. And if you ever saw him, you would even say it glows. Its the season to start humming Christmas songs! I need to prepare a to-do list: 1) Find a place to stay in sydney 2) Prepare clothes for sydney 3) Find lots of photos for my scrapbook 4) Meet up with friends 5) Come up with a "food that i will missed" list Up, up, and away! |
