I am so sorry i broke my vegetarian rule. Because after one whole week from "abstaining" from meat, I realised my stupid idea of turning partial vegetarian, have kept my body from detoxing properly. Hence I decided to include meat in my diet once more. This time round, its a non-processed food diet. I shall abstain from biscuits, chips, yogult and chocolate. Not like I am eating all these anyway. My last packet of chips was the Smith's one that I bought with Cheryl and Joyce from woolies. My last chocolate was from Darrel Lea's Rocky bar that we bought on Easter Sunday. I shall only snack on nuts and my gala apples. I went grocery shopping today and spent over $40 on my new diet. Damn ex lah. Usually I spend about $20 a week on grocery. So my shopping list goes: Hard tofu (2.35) Red capsicum (1.65) Green capsicum (1.29) English Spinach (2) Mince pork (4.96) Marinated Chicken meat (6.99) Mandarin Orange (2.30) Mushrooms (2.19) Macadamia (12.68) -> the only snack i bought. ( which i always wanted to get, but was too stingy to buy) Wholewheat spaghetti (2.00) Carrots (0.60) Soymilk (2.15) Uncle Toby's Oats (4.15) In total: $45.31 No more processed food for me! except macadamias. hahah. i know i am not fat. but my ID keeps telling me that im fat. so blame it on my brain. hopefully i will be able to get rid of the fats around the waist and thighs. Up, up, and away! |
